Sorrento. During the 1:1 we will gather an overall understanding of your physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. We do this with a Sound Wellness Self Assessment and a discussion around the areas you would like to focus on. These can be physical, emotional or spiritual. We will define an area to work with during the sound healing. We will also define an "intention" for you to set for the sound healing. I will assess your biofield and balance your chakras and biofield accordingly. Sound Healing can help us achieve a spiritual awakening that involves reaching and finally becoming our essence. Sound Healing is a powerful way to move from ego based thinking to your essence. Living from our essence, we can achieve fulfilment on every level of consciousness from emotional to spiritual. Our essence is simply a form of vibration energy. I am here to hold space for you as a facilitator and will provide you with all the tools you need to become your own healer. During the Sound Healing you will enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness.
