North Beach Sound Healing in the Forest

Henderson Environmental Centre, North Beach. This beautiful space (indoors), nestled in the forest is a safe and nourishing place for you to relax and share a Sound Healing with friends and like minded people. Sound Baths are immersive musical meditations and are a wonderful way to restore balance to your Mind, Body and Soul. Enter a deep relaxation and meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan & crystal singing bowls, gongs and many other instruments. The therapeutic sound tools have been used by ancient cultures for this purpose for thousands of years and can instil a deep sense of sacredness. Sound Healing can help with: depression anxiety pain insomnia & disturbed sleep stress It can also bring about: clarity and balance relaxation improved memory & concentration improved sleep stronger immune system improved creativity Sound healing has a positive outcome on the brain, emotions and well being. This event will be held indoors. Please arrive 10 minutes before the start. I close the front door before I start so there will be no late entry. New Comfort Option: comfy mattresses are provided (not quite full body length so bring a yoga mat for underneath if you wish) Things to Bring: * pillow and blanket * warm clothes & more blankets for colder weather * eye pillow if you have one * water bottle Note: So not to disturb other guests, please ensure your mobile phone is either switched off or left in your car.
